Discount Structure
- Spend £5,000 (before delivery and VAT) and receive a 5% discount.

- Collection: Minimum order value of £250.
- Delivery: Minimum order value of £1,000 (unless you are very local or we are already passing your location).

- Standard delivery is charged at £1.00 per mile (one way) from EX22 7AW to your delivery address.
- Special Offer (within 150 miles of EX22 7AW):
- Half-price delivery for orders over £5,000 plus VAT.
- Free delivery for orders over £10,000 plus VAT.

Understanding Our Year Classes
The “C” denotes the species (C = Carp), and the number represents how many summers old the fish is. For example, a C3 is a Carp that is 3 summers old.
Natural Spawning & Growth Cycles
We spawn our fish naturally because we believe it produces the highest quality stock. Our brood stock range from 40lb to the mid-50lb mark. They normally spawn at the beginning of June each year, meaning their offspring do not quite get a full year’s growth in their first year. Because we only harvest and deliver fish during the winter months, a C3 delivered in January is technically 2.5 years old. They will not reach a full 3 years of age until the following June. This rule applies across all year classes.

Accelerated Growth Rates
The growth rates of our carp have sky rocketed in recent years due to selective breeding, favourable weather, and optimised lake preparation. Our fish grow so rapidly now that our traditional year-class weight brackets got all out of whack.

Compared to several years ago our C3s are now what was C4 sizes.
- C4s are now what was C5 sizes.
- C5s are matching C6 or even C7 sizes from years ago.
To give you an idea of the jump: years ago, stocking 100 x C4s in a 1-acre lake and feeding 50kg of pellets per week would net an average growth of 5lb to 6lb per year. Since 2023 when we cut our brood stock down from 30 fish to the very best 15 fish, keeping the exact same stocking density but cutting the feed in half, growth rates have jumped to 6lb to 9lb per year. Favourable summer temperatures and abundant natural lake food have also driven this boom.

Stocking Advice for Large Year Classes
Each year, we retain our very best fish to grow on for another season. This means the longer a carp has been in our care, the better it has performed year after year. Only the absolute elite are kept to become C5s, C6s, or C7s. If you are looking for premium fish with maximum growth potential, these larger year classes are an excellent choice.
However, please be aware that larger fish carry larger risks. Very large fish do not always adapt well to a completely new environment where they face angling pressure, as they have spent their entire lives in our quiet, un-fished farm lakes.
- For specimen lakes: We highly recommend purchasing C3s or and C4s, and letting them grow into the lake naturally, rather than stocking massive fish straight away. We understand that some owners require massive carp to make an instant impact. We do sell very large carp but only to fisheries where we believe the environment will support them. It is a waste of a magnificent fish to stock a massive carp into an already overstocked water where it may struggle to thrive due to the huge competition for food.
